Before you book

Booking basics

  1. 01
    Hours

    A full day is 12 hours, 6 am to 6 pm. A half day is up to 6 hours, starting at 6 am or 12 pm.

  2. 02
    Holding a date

    You can pencil a date by phone. The hold lasts until 7 days before the shoot, then it is released unless you confirm and pay.

  3. 03
    Payment

    Bookings are paid in advance against a proforma invoice, unless agreed in writing.

  4. 04
    Overtime

    Book overtime before the shoot day. Set-up and de-rig must happen inside your booked hours.

  5. 05
    Leave it as you found it

    Take your set materials and rubbish with you. Any special painting needs 5 working days notice.
